How we send your order

We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

Standard Delivery:

Your order will be sent either by a tracked courier service or Royal Mail 1st Class, and you should receive it within 5 working days from the day you place your order.

Express Delivery:

Need it faster? Express orders go out via a tracked courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you order before 12 noon, it should arrive the very next working day. Just to be safe, please allow up to 48 hours in case of any unexpected hold-ups.

One thing to keep in mind, if you place an Express order between Thursday 12 noon and Friday 11:59am, it will be dispatched on Friday afternoon, so expect delivery on Monday or Tuesday. If Monday happens to be a Bank Holiday, delivery will be on Tuesday or Wednesday instead.
